Raw shafting range in weight from 550 grains to 750 grains at 32", averaging about 20 gr. per inch. Spines start at 50# and go to 100 plus and arrow spine will match draw weight fairly closely for most close to center shot bows, depending of course on broadhead weight and draw length. The true 'longbow' may require 5# or so less in arrow spine.
The only way to really know which Forgewood arrow will work the best from your particular bow is to try several spine groups close to your bow draw weight. We sell mixed dozens in 3 or 4 different spine groups to help determine which shoots best in your bow.
